Process

Async workflow. Senior-level execution.

Built for founders who need signal, not meetings. Three clear phases from structured intake to production-ready handoff — tracked in one centralized workspace.

01/03
  1. 01

    Brief

    Structured workspace input

  2. 02

The three phases

Brief. Structure. Ship.

Each phase has a clear start, approval point, and defined deliverables. You always know what is happening and what's needed from your side.

01Days 1–3

Structured Async Onboarding

Kick off through the structured input engine — scoped proposal and milestones delivered within 48 hours, no calendar block required.

From you

  • Product, market, or positioning context

How it works

Kick off the project seamlessly through our structured input engine without waiting on a calendar block.

What we focus on

  • Custom workspace setup
  • Project parameter definitions
  • Asset baseline mapping
  • Direct timeline scheduling
02Days 4–8

Narrative Structure & Hierarchy Planning

Wireframes, layout systems, and narrative spines reviewed inside your centralized studio dashboard — nothing visual ships until structure is signed off.

From you

  • Key messaging, customer proof, and available data or insights
  • One round of structured feedback in the workspace

How it works

Review wireframe architectures, layout systems, and narrative spines directly inside your centralized studio dashboard.

What we focus on

  • High-fidelity layout testing
  • Text-based async feedback loops
  • Visual pacing
  • Strategic message positioning
03Days 9–21

From you

  • Timely written feedback in the workspace
  • Stakeholder alignment between review gates
  • Final approval for launch

How it works

Complete ownership handoff of fully editable native design systems and deployment-ready master files.

What we focus on

  • Production-grade asset packages
  • Comprehensive style usage documentation

Cadence

An operating model that respects your time.

Written blueprint first

Narrative and hierarchy are locked in your studio workspace before any visual production begins — no pixels until the story architecture is approved.

Async sign-off gates

Every milestone closes with written approval inside the dashboard. Scope changes are documented as change orders before work resumes.

Production-ready handoffs

You receive fully editable native source files, usage documentation, and deployment-ready packages — not static exports or vendor-locked deliverables.

FAQ

Common questions before you sign scope.

Scope your timeline
How do asynchronous sign-offs work?

Each milestone ends with a written approval inside your studio workspace — scope, narrative structure, or delivery package. You reply in-thread with consolidated feedback; we do not advance until that gate is explicitly signed off. No standing calls are required to unblock progress.

What happens if we need a structural pivot mid-sprint?

We pause the active track, document the pivot in writing, and issue a change order with revised milestones, timeline, and fee. Work on the new structure does not begin until you approve the updated scope in the workspace.

How are feedback rounds bounded during delivery?

Sprints include two structured review rounds per major milestone, scoped in your written plan. Retainers include feedback within the agreed monthly capacity. Anything outside that scope is handled as a written add-on so timelines stay predictable.

When does visual production start?

Only after the narrative blueprint and hierarchy plan are approved in the workspace. Phase 02 exists specifically to lock story architecture before pixels — skipping that gate is not how we run engagements.

What lives in the centralized studio workspace?

Your engagement hub: scope and milestones, narrative blueprints, review threads, asset versions, sign-off history, and handoff packages. It replaces scattered email chains and ad-hoc doc links with one auditable trail from brief to ship.
