Process
Async workflow. Senior-level execution.
Built for founders who need signal, not meetings. Three clear phases from intake to delivery, with written rationale at every step.
The three phases
Brief. Structure. Ship.
Each phase has a clear start, approval point, and defined deliverables. You always know what is happening and what's needed from your side.

Cadence
An operating model that respects your time.
Written-first communication
Using briefs, Looms and shared docs, with meetings only when decisions require them.
Two structured review rounds
Each milestone includes defined feedback windows. Scope changes are handled in writing to protect timelines.
Senior design throughout
No account managers, no juniors. You work directly with the principal designer who scoped the engagement.
FAQ
The most common questions before kickoff.
Don't see yours? Send us a note. We reply within one business day.
Ask a questionHow fast can you start?
Most engagements begin within 5–10 business days of a signed scope. Urgent investor or launch timelines can sometimes be accommodated inside that window if you share the deadline up front.
Do you work async or do we need calls?
Async-first. We default to Loom + written rationale for almost every checkpoint, and book live calls only when a decision genuinely benefits from a synchronous conversation.
Who owns the final files?
You do. Source Figma, Keynote, exports, and brand kit are handed over on completion. No vendor lock-in or per-edit fees.
What happens when scope shifts mid-engagement?
We use written change orders. New scope, revised timeline, revised fee: all explicit and approved before work starts.
Do you offer retainers after the initial sprint?
Yes. Many engagements continue as a monthly retainer with a rolling roadmap. See the pricing page for retainer details.
