What we collect

When you submit the project intake form we collect your name, email, company, optional website, project focus, timeline, optional budget notes, and your message. We also record the page URL you submitted from for context.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and deliver services you request. We do not sell your data.

Storage & processors

Briefs are emailed to our studio inbox via our email provider. Analytics may be collected via Google Analytics when enabled. Hosting is provided by our infrastructure vendors.

Retention

We retain enquiry and project records for as long as needed to deliver services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise where appropriate.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@dgitl.co.uk.
